The KLPGA President's Cup Women's Amateur Golf Championship was established in 2010 to foster female amateur golfers in Korea. Lee So-young's remains are the birthplace of players who are active at home and abroad, including Lim Hee-jung and Lee Ga-young. It will be held jointly with MediHill starting this year. For the first time in the tournament's history, the title sponsor will participate as co-host, and the scale and support will be expanded, including full support for all expenses of the participating youth players, which will further increase the players' skills and enthusiasm for the game.
