Jamsil Stadium in Seoul suddenly became a sea of water due to heavy rain.

Hanwha Eagles and LG Twins were scheduled to face off at Jamsil Stadium in Seoul on the 26th.

About two and a half hours before the start of the game, it began to rain at Jamsil Stadium. The rain turned fierce, and in an instant, there were water holes all over the ground.

As the water bomb suddenly continued after dying down for a while, only the mound and home plate were quickly covered with tarps.

Even after it rained intensively for about 20 minutes, the rain continued steadily.

It seemed to be in a lull for a while, but as the rain intensified once again, the entire area of the infield soil was flooded.

In the end, it was judged that it was difficult to start the game. According to the weather forecast, it is expected to rain in Jamsil until the evening.

It was a welcome rain for LG. The previous day (25th), LG had a bloody battle with the Lotte Giants for 4 hours and 46 minutes at Sajik Stadium in Busan.

It was around 5 a.m. after the game and came to Seoul.

To make matters worse, foreign hitter Austin Dean was also excluded from the starting lineup due to knee pain when he collided with catcher Park Dong-won during the defense process.

LG ranks second with 53 wins, 2 draws and 42 losses in 97 games this season. He is six games behind the top-ranked KIA Tigers (59 wins, two draws and 36 losses). While KIA's eight consecutive wins were suspended when it lost to the NC Dinos the previous day, LG was able to continue its momentum by winning against Lotte after extra-time blood.
