I was like, "Oh, my"..." The trouble is a blessing, and Samsung's leap in the second half of the year is responsible for '7 trillion won'

Samsung Lions manager Park Jin-man looked back at the beginning of the season of foreign pitcher Conor Seabold (registered name Corner).
As recently as April, Connor was under the unwelcome label of being a foreign player with the "1st" withdrawal. On March 23, when he made his KBO League debut, he played his part with one earned run in six innings against KT, but he fell down in six games. His control shook and he was struck, and he collapsed on his own. He won two games (two losses) thanks to the batting average's scoring support, but it was far from the appearance of a foreign ace who had no choice but to expect a quality start (more than six innings, less than three earned runs).
But since mid-June, the corner has changed 180 degrees.

It's a shame that he only won two games even though he recorded four consecutive QSs.

With a series of good pitching, doubts have long been erased. Coach Park laughed, "'I think I'm throwing all the things I couldn't throw in the beginning at the end of the first half.'" "In the beginning, even five innings seemed too much, but now I think I'm finding stability on my own. He seems to have gained confidence in his ball and the game has accelerated as he has faced each other once. I had high expectations because I was a pitcher who was in the big league starting rotation, but he is showing that well" he complimented.
