Jeju is establishing itself as a leader in the IT sports business by introducing the smart gate 'Start of a New Experience'.

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, along with the Korea Professional Sports Association, has promoted a data-based intelligent stadium construction project since 2018. In 2023, it renewed its official website with a focus on visuals, fun, and convenience, and even newly opened mobile applications, providing a new solution of 'Fan Engagement' that communicates and communicates with fans. In particular, maximizing convenience led to high satisfaction. It has made it possible to book, issue tickets, enter, give gifts, and cancel tickets for all games through the website without going through a separate ticket seller. Various club events such as group viewing and fan signing events can be applied directly on the website. This is valuable marketing data that can confirm individual fan tendencies and loyalty, and clubs can actively utilize it to take advantage of customized events and CRM marketing for fans.

This year's new 'Smart Gate' is the product of that concern. 'Smart Gate' has been in operation since the home game against Ulsan HD on June 23 (Sun). You can feel a new experience from your position. Accurate and fast entry is possible using the ticket QR. In addition, you can enjoy various benefits in the future depending on your usage performance. Through a fast and accurate check system (admission to a separate window for the mobile disadvantaged and groups with more than 30 people, use a window exclusively for re-entry, etc.), it can be used as a variety of marketing materials through the collected big data as well as the convenience of visitors.

In addition, a separate LED signage was installed at the entrance of 'Smart Gate' so that spectators who visited the stadium could experience a convenient and different viewing. It can also be used not only for promoting sponsors but also for various naming marketing. In a home game against FC Seoul on July 6 (Sun), 2024 FILA ESG DAY event was held with the club's official equipment sponsor 'FILA', which further maximized the significance of holding the event by exposing the 'FILA' logo to the LED gate.
