Korea Sports Council for the Disabled begins accepting applications to participate in the 44th National Sports Festival for the Disabled

○…The Korean Sports Council for the Disabled will receive applications to participate in the 44th National Sports Festival for the Disabled from the 1st to the 26th. After this application, the final medal event will be confirmed through procedures such as reading and revising the application, integrating and adjusting grades, and the second representative meeting. If you have any questions about the application for participation in the competition, you can contact the provincial and provincial sports association for the disabled. The 44th National Sports Festival for the Disabled will be held in 37 stadiums, including Gimhae Sports Complex, from Oct. 25 to Oct. 30. A total of 10,000 athletes will participate in 17 cities and provinces.

○…The Gyeonggi-do Provincial Sports Council for the Disabled will hold an opening ceremony of the 'Gyeonggi-do Provincial Sports Council Northern Support Center" at Uijeongbu Stadium on the 3rd. The Northern Support Center was promoted as part of the policy of establishing the 'Gyeonggi Northern Special Self-Governing Province" aimed at balanced national development in Gyeonggi Province. Through this, it was designed to further revitalize sports for the disabled in northern Gyeonggi Province. About 30 key guests and officials, including Chung Jin-wan, chairman of the Korea Sports Association for the Disabled, and Kim Dong-yeon, chairman of the Gyeonggi Sports Association for the Disabled (Governor of Gyeonggi Province), will attend the opening ceremony.
