Chairman Chung has been the president of the Korea Archery Association for nearly 20 years since 2005. From the 2008 Beijing Olympics to the 2012 London Olympics, the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympics, and the 2021 Tokyo Olympics, they are supporting Korean archery. From Hyundai Motor Group's perspective, it has been supporting Korean archery for 40 years.
Chairman Chung, who is also serving his fifth consecutive term as chairman of the Asian Archery Federation, is also active in sports diplomacy, such as establishing a systematic player development system for each stage of growth from youth and producing executives from international archery organizations.
