Busan announced on the 29th that it has strengthened its side by recruiting Pohang fullback Kim Ryun-sung.

Kim Ryun-sung, a winger born in 2002, who joined Busan, is an all-weather resource that can play all from left to wing forward, wingback and fullback, with excellent crosses and speed and strong aggressive tendencies.

Kim Ryun-sung, a former Pohang youth player, was recognized as a next-generation full-back prospect, consistently selected for national teams by age, including U17 and U23. In 2020, when he was a student at Pohang High School, he contributed to the team's victory in the K League U18 Championship. After that, he joined Pohang as a priority and began his professional career.

Kim Ryun-sung was given many opportunities in his first year as a left fullback and was used in 13 league games. The following year, in 2022, he joined the military as Kim Cheon-sang, and in October 2023, he recorded his first attack point as a professional player by recording help in the K League 2 match against Cheonan. In Sangmu, he played in 14 K-League games and 10 K-League 2 games and recorded two assists.

Kim Ryun-sung commented on joining the team "I'm happy to come to Busan. I will do my best to help the team by making use of my strengths" he said.

Busan has reinforced a total of seven players through the transfer market this summer. Mrafah and Lee Joon-ho were recruited to reinforce the offense, and Yoo Seung-joo, a promising former youth player, also signed a semi-professional contract. Yuhei was brought to the midfield to add weight. The defense has also been strengthened by recruiting Jung Sung-woo, a former youth center back.

In particular, Busan has solved the reinforcement of fullback resources, which has been a homework since the beginning of the season, through this summer's transfer market. It is expected to bring Kang Ji-hoon on the right and Kim Ryun-sung on the left to create synergy with Busan's side resources such as Sung Ho-young, Cheon Ji-hyun, Kwon Sung-yoon, and Kim Do-hyun.

Meanwhile, Busan, which reinforced its side by recruiting Kim Ryun-sung, will play a home game against Chungcheongbuk-do Cheongju at Gudeok Stadium on the 29th. Kim Ryun-sung, who joined Busan on the 29th, is scheduled to make his debut in Busan from an away game against E-Land in Seoul on August 10 at the earliest.
