Gallego made his professional debut in Brazil in 2017 and played for Moreyrense in Portugal's first division from 2020 to 2022. He transferred to Gangwon FC on loan in July 2022 and contributed to Gangwon FC's advance to Final A by scoring three goals in a total of 14 games. Thanks to that performance, he completely transferred to Gangwon FC after the end of the season and has played a total of 51 games (five goals) in the K League 1 stage so far.
Gallego is a versatile offensive resource that can play not only wing forward but also offensive midfielder. He has excellent dribbling and individual skills, and he also has excellent shooting and cross quality using his main left foot. In particular, the explosive speed is excellent.
