Seoul E-Land and Seongnam FC will play the 23rd round of 'Hana Bank K League 2 2024' at Mokdong Stadium on the 14th. E-Land is sixth with 28 points and Seongnam is 12th with 20 points. It is still disappointing because the two teams were evaluated as the big four before the opening. E-Land escaped three consecutive losses with a thrilling 3-2 victory over Cheongju, North Chungcheong Province. On the other hand, Seongnam was mired in a four-game winless quagmire. In particular, the defense collapsed to the point of giving up as many as 13 goals in four games.
Both teams' coaches revealed their lineup before the game. Eland pulled out a 4-3-3 card. Byun Kyung-joon, Jung Jae-min, and Lee Jun-seok form a three-top. Seongnam went up 3-5-2 against each other. Lee Jung-hyeop and Whoise formed a two-top. Kim Hoon-min and Shin Jae-won stood on the left and right, and Oh Jae-hyuk, Alibayev and Han Seok-jong sat in the midfield. The three-back is composed by Kang Kang-bin, Kim Joo-won, and Kim Gun-il. The goal is guarded by Choi Pil-soo. Chris, Correa, Jung Won-jin and Jung Seung-yong start from the bench.
The first face-off of this season was tied at 2 to 2. The two teams have been tight with two wins, one draw and two losses in their last five showdowns.
