Jeollanam-do announced on the 4th that it strengthened its goal by recruiting Ryu Won-woo from Cheongju FC, Chungcheongbuk-do, on loan.
Ryu Won-woo is a goalkeeper with foot skills and kick power. Ryu Won-woo, a graduate of Gwangyang Steel High School, joined Jeonnam in 2009 and made his professional debut. Ryu Won-woo, who joined Chungcheongbuk-do Cheongju in 2023 after passing through Gwangju, Bucheon, and Pohang, also led the team as captain. Ryu Won-woo, who has eight runs and three clean sheets in eight games in the 2024 season, is reflecting on his determination as a rookie by joining his former team Jeonnam.
Ryu Won-woo, who joined Jeonnam, said, `I'm very happy and excited to be back in my hometown team.' Currently, Jeonnam is competing for the top spot. I will do my best to achieve what my team aims for," he expressed his ambition.
After completing the medical test, Ryu Won-woo immediately joined the team training after conducting the team's meeting.
