Seoul E-Land Extends Mokdong Era
Seoul E-Land will continue to use Mokdong Stadium as its home stadium for the time being.

E-Land played a home game at Jamsil Main Stadium from its foundation to 2021. However, as Jamsil Main Stadium was renovated by the Seoul Metropolitan Government's 'Jamsil Sports and MICE Complex Creation Plan', the home stadium was relocated to Mokdong Stadium in 2022.

Originally, it was scheduled to return to Jamsil Main Stadium when the construction was completed, but the plan changed as the nearby Jamsil Baseball Stadium began to rebuild the dome stadium from 2027 to 2031. During this period, Jamsil Main Stadium was selected as a home substitute for the Seoul-based baseball team.

Accordingly, the Seoul Metropolitan Government shared the city's implementation plan with E-Land and asked for understanding and cooperation on the extension of the use of Mokdong Stadium. As a result of continuous communication until recently, E-Land decided to accept the city's proposal for the win-win development of professional sports in the province. They agreed to continue using Mokdong Stadium as their home stadium during the reconstruction of Jamsil Baseball Stadium.

E-Land decided that it is necessary to renovate the aging facilities of Mok-dong Stadium and build essential convenience facilities for visitors to smoothly host K-League games, so it asked the Seoul Metropolitan Government to cooperate with the operation and repair the facilities. The Seoul Metropolitan Government responded by saying it would actively review and support it.

In the future, E-Land plans to continue to make efforts to develop local sports culture and strengthen co-prosperity with the Seoul Metropolitan Government through active communication.
