Manchester United is considering recruiting Sergio Reguilon (Tottenham).

British media Sports Mall reported on the 5th (Korean time) 'Manchester United is reportedly interested in renewing its contract with Reguilon'

Reguilon, who was born in 1996, left Real Madrid (Spain) and joined Tottenham through the transfer window in the summer of 2020. He played 27 English Premier League (EPL) games in the 2020-2021 season and 25 league games in the 2021-2022 season. However, there was a limit to establishing a position at Tottenham. He moved around on the lease. In the 2022-2023 season, he played on loan for Atletico Madrid (Spain). He transferred to Manchester United in the first half of the 2023-2024 season and Brentford (England) in the second half. He played nine games for Manchester United and 16 for Brentford.

Sports mall could be 'Reguilon could go back to Tottenham. However, Tottenham manager Enze Postecoglou is expected to make room for additional recruitment. Reguilon is expected to move again.

Citing a report by Spanish media As, the media expressed interest in the return of Manchester United to Regilon. Reguilon is considered a potential target not only for Manchester United but also for West Ham (England) and Juventus (Italy)."

Sports mall is 'Eric Ten Hag, the United manager, has Luke Shaw and Tyrrell Malacia as key left-back options. However, both players suffered from injuries in the 2023-2024 season. Reguilon will not be Manchester United's one option, but he will be able to use it as a backup in key positions. However, it is certainly questionable whether Manchester United are seriously considering renewing the contract of a player they signed on a six-month loan.
