The 4th TaylorMade Mid-Amateur Championship, held by TaylorMade to determine the best number, ended at South Springs CC in Icheon on July 29.

Cho Kyung-jin, who recorded 71 strokes, won the championship while the powerful players who made it to the finals after three rounds of qualifying competed. Yoon Min-cheol, who recorded 72 strokes, and Kim Kyung-ho, who scored 73 strokes, came in third.

Looking for the strongest mid-amateur champion 'Taylor Made Mid-amateur Championship' is the fourth time this year, and the competition is getting fiercer as the years go by, with the top winners given the right sponsorship benefits. The first and second qualifiers were held at Seongmunan CC in Wonju, Gangwon-do, in April, and the third qualifiers were held at Woojeong Hills CC in Cheonan, Chungcheongnam-do, in June. In all, the finalists to be crowned amateurs were determined through three preliminary rounds on the course where the professional competition was held.

Cho Kyung-jin, who won the championship, expressed his feelings about the victory, saying, `I'm grateful to TaylorMade for hosting the competition.' `I hope next year will be a year when I can try again.'

The winner will be given a trophy, a prize of 10 million won (support for improving performance), and a 2025 Taylor Made Tour sponsorship privilege. Up to the third place in the finals, the 2025 TaylorMade Team TaylorMade Sponsorship will be given and initial tour bags will be provided.
