Woori Bank is conducting physical training in Asan for 10 days. It started on the 15th.




Woori Bank, which beat Cheongju KB to become the champion last season, left all of its main players in the 'Air Conditioner League'. Park Hye-jin, who qualified as FA, moved to Busan BNK and Choi Yi-sam to Shinhan Bank in Incheon. In addition, even Park Ji-hyun declared her overseas expansion and chose to go to Australia.

Woori Bank has changed as many as eight players. The objective power itself has fallen. There are never many cards to support ace Kim Dan-bi.

However, Woori Bank is interesting. Shim Sung-young and Park Hye-mi were brought from the FA market, and high-quality forward Han Um-ji was brought as a reward player for Park Hye-jin. Yoo Seung-hee and Kim Ye-jin are out due to injuries. Kim Dan-bi has not been able to participate in this training due to Achilles tendon treatment.




However, Woori Bank is strengthening after 10 days of physical training in Asan. It alternates between the court circuit and the weight circuit every day. Ten players participated in the training, including Park Hemi, Han Umji, Shim Sung-young, Lee Myung-kwan, Kim Sol-eun, Pyeon Sun-woo, Yoo Seung-hee, Lee Da-yeon, and Byun Ha-jung. Yoo Seung-hee, Lee Da-yeon, Byun Ha-jung is a rehabilitation team.

Since 3 p.m. on the 17th, Woori Bank has hosted the court circuit at Asan Yi Sun-shin Gymnasium. It lasted about an hour and a half. Coach Wi Sung-woo and coach Jeon Ju-won Lim Young-hee encouraged the players.

My goal is to raise my heart rate to the maximum. If the heart rate didn't come out properly, we proceeded with an additional set.




After that, 4-4 and 3-3 team rebound training. If the proper movement did not come out, director Wi Sung-woo's disdain fell. The losing team players added relentless court round-trip training.

Han Umji came to Woori Bank as a reward player, but he wanted to come at least once. When coach Jeon Ju-won was coaching at the Tokyo Olympics, he received quite a lot of help in training and tactics."

Lee Myung-kwan said, `Last season, I did not properly train my physical strength due to the injury. In fact, this is my first experience this season, and I didn't know it would be this hard."
