Good news has been sent to the NC Dinos. 'Ace' Kyle Hart has recovered his form and is preparing to return to the first team. Hart held a live pitching at Changwon NC Park on the 14th to check the pitching condition with batters at the batter's box. In front of coach Kang In-kwon, coaching staff and teammates, he pitched a total of 35 pitches and 3 innings. Kim Hyung-joon, Song Seung-hwan, Park Young-bin, and Kim Han-byeol took turns at the batter's box.
I checked all the pitches. He checked his fastball, two-seam, change-up, cutter and slider, and his maximum fastball speed was up to 145 kilometers.
Hart is currently listed at the top of various indicators, including the league's No. 1 ERA (2.34), the joint second place (10 wins), the strikeout (143K), the third place in winning percentage (0.833), the lowest WHIP (1.03) and the lowest hit rate (0.217).
However, an unexpected condition has recently occurred. I've got a bad cold. Even his wife is not in good condition as his daughter got hand-foot-and-mouth disease, but Hart also suffered from a severe cold and his condition fell to the bottom. It was expected that he would be able to take the mound immediately after a few days off, but as the recovery took longer than expected, the cancellation of the entry was inevitably made somewhat later. I also tried the COVID-19 test, which has recently been re-emerging, and fortunately, it came out negative.
Head coach Kang In-kwon explained, `I was thinking of starting this Sunday(against Changwon Samsung on the 18th), but he said 'I'll tell you again after pitching.'
Hart started pitching on the 12th and started to check his senses, and even finished live pitching without difficulty. Hearts came up with "Conditions" after finishing live pitching. Everything is recovering to normal, including appetite and weight. Everything is going well to start again on the mound" he said.
Catcher Kim Hyung-joon, who saw the pitch in person, seemed to focus on the course rather than on arrest. Overall, he looks in good condition."
Meanwhile, Hart's return schedule, who played live pitching, is expected to be finalized after discussions with the coaching staff.
