It was the smile of Ahn Se-young (22, Samsung Life Insurance) who is the "Queen of Shuttlecock". Ahn Se-young succeeded in advancing to the final. Ahn Se-young came from behind to beat Gregoria Mariska Tunjung (11-21 21-13 21-16) of Indonesia in the women's singles semifinals at the 2024 Paris Olympics held at Port Drachapel Stadium in Paris, France on the 4th (Korea time). Ahn got off to a somewhat shaky start to the tournament. He did not show an overwhelming performance in the group qualifying round. He was also psychologically anxious.
