Daejeon Hana Installs Large Outdoor LED Electronic Board Outside 'K-League First' Stadium

For the first time in the K League, Daejeon Hana Citizen has introduced a large outdoor LED display board that can display high-definition digital content outside the stadium.

Daejeon was selected as a business club by participating in the contest of the 'Building a Smart Stadium in 2023' organized by the Korea Professional Sports Association. As part of the smart stadium construction project, a large LED electronic board (19.6m wide 3.3m wide, 1.38 million pixels) that can display high-resolution digital content was installed on both sides of the entrance to the Nammun Square of the Daejeon World Cup Stadium.

Previously, large banners were limited to stadium branding and photo zones, but by introducing LED billboards, various information and contents can be dynamically and vividly expressed by using digital sources such as videos and images.

Daejeon will provide a variety of contents that can be created with fans through events such as publicizing and delivering information about the club and players, as well as publicizing fan stories. In addition, it is expected to have positive effects such as strengthening sponsor benefits and attracting new sponsors through external electronic board advertisements.

Prior to the opening of this season, Daejeon established a new W-seat sky box, a premium lounge where you can watch games in a private space. In July, it expanded 370 seats for smart specialized seats as part of its smart stadium construction project. Table seats (149 seats) in the E21 zone east of the Daejeon World Cup Stadium and Hana Play pub seats in the E27 zone have been expanded from 80 seats to 149, and 152 standing table seats have been newly installed in the west (W21 and W26 zones) and the south (S21 to 22 and S24 to 25 zones).

In addition, a new F&B booth 'Hana Play Pub' was installed on the third floor of the stadium and in the lobby of the S23 area using idle space. Through this, a variety of foods that can be accessed at specialized restaurants can be purchased in the stadium and meet the various food demands of visitors.

Daejeon will continue to make efforts to create a more comfortable and enjoyable viewing environment in the stadium by listening to various opinions in the future.
