Gwangju-Jeonnam University Students Participate '2024 Bitgoeul Campus Esports Competition' to be held on Sept. 25

An e-sports competition will be held with university students from Gwangju Metropolitan City and Jeollanam-do Province.
Co-hosted by Chosun University Link Project Group and Gwangju Information and Culture Industry Promotion Agency, organized by the Asia Esports Industry Support Center and sponsored by Gwangju Metropolitan City, the '2024 Bitgoeul Campus Esports Competition' will be held on September 25 as a 'Valorant' event.
The competition will provide opportunities for university students from Gwangju and Jeollanam-do to compete and exchange through e-sports and promote the development of e-sports culture and industry in the local community, and is expected to contribute to revitalizing local e-sports content by opening it at Gwangju E-Sports Stadium, an e-sports hub in the region.
Kim Hyun-woo, Director of the Asia Esports Industry Support Center (Director of Foreign Cooperation at Chosun University), said, "This competition will play an important role in promoting the attractiveness of e-sports to university students in Gwangju and Jeonnam and promoting the growth of the e-sports industry. We expect a lot of interest and participation from talented students and local communities in e-sports." he said.
You can participate in the competition through pre-registration on a first-come, first-served basis, and if you advance to the quarterfinals, you will also receive a uniform separately.
