French track star Alys Pinot, 33, who set a European record in the women's 3,000m steeplechase, offered her boyfriend the sweetest proposal in the world shortly after crossing the finish line.
Pinot finished fourth overall in the women's 3,000m steeplechase at the Paris Olympics with a time of 8:58.67.
