Baco's memories are back. Ulsan HD won the 'East Coast Derby' with multiple goals from Georgia Arabidze like Baco and relay goals from Yago, Rubik'sson and Kim Young-kwon.

Ulsan beat the Pohang Steelers 5-4 in the 29th round of the 'Hana Bank K League 1 2024' held at Munsu Football Stadium on the 31st. Arabidze was responsible for two goals in his first K-League start. Ulsan announced the recruitment of Arabidze on the 31st of last month, exactly a month ago. It was 'the second baco'. He can even play both wing forwards and second strikers. It was expected to add destructive power to the attack by possessing soccer intelligence, foot skills, and scoring skills.

However, the start was slow in the hot weather. He played only one game as a substitute in K League 1 before the game. He played a troubleshooter in the match against Pohang, where he had his first chance to start. Bako, a master of de-pressurization, left Ulsan last year after spending three seasons there.

Ulsan regained the lead by scoring 51 points with Arabidze's strong performance. Gangwon FC with 50 points will play its 29th round on Sept. 1. The opponent is Suwon FC. Depending on the result, the lead can change again in a day. On the other hand, Pohang has been mired in five consecutive losses.

Ulsan coach Kim Pan-gon brought up the 4-2-3-1 system. With Yago at the one-top, Rubison Kang Yoon-gu and Arabidze were in the second line. Ko Seung-beom and Jung Woo-young worked as defensive midfielders, while Lee Myung-jae, Kim Young-kwon, and Yun Il-rok lined up in the four-back. Cho Hyun-woo defended the goal.

Pohang coach Park Tae-ha countered with a 4-4-2 card. Ahn Jae-joon and Baek Sung-dong were in the two-top, and Hong Yoon-sang, Auberdan, Han Chan-hee and Jung Jae-hee formed a midfielder. Wandenson Jeon Man-kwang Min Sang-gi and Eo Jung-won were in charge of defense, and Hwang In-jae wore goalkeeper gloves.

Ulsan's first goal came early. In the fourth minute of the first half, Ko Seung-beom scored a free kick near Pohang's penalty area arc circle. A minute later, Arabidze, who was a kicker, shook Pohang's net with a picturesque left-footed free kick.

But the joy was only for a moment. Pohang began a counterattack with Baek Sung-dong's shot in the 6th minute of the first half, and brought the game back to square one in the 9th minute of the first half. Jung Jae-hee's cut-back ball, which toppled Ulsan's left side, was caught on Hong Yoon-sang's toes. Hong Yun-sang scored the goal with his left foot.

Ulsan had a golden opportunity in the 23rd minute of the first half. Ko Seung-beom's powerful mid-range artillery hit Hwang In-jae's hand and flowed forward. It was Ago's only chance. However, he split through the air that left his feet, and Kim exploded.

Ulsan's second goal came in the 36th minute of the first half. It was Arabidopsis again. After receiving Kang Yoon-gu's pass, he finished with his left foot once again. A minute later, Pohang had the opportunity to equalize in the same pattern as in the first comeback.Jung Jae-hee's cross was delivered to Baek Sung-dong this time. However, Baek Sung-dong lost his chance with a false step.

There were other variables. Arabidze, who was walking on the clouds, complained of muscle pain and collapsed in the 39th minute of the first half with a replacement. He was replaced at half-time after playing the first half. The first half ended 2-1.

In Ulsan, Um Won-sang and Ataru were put in place of Arabidopsis and Kang Yoon-gu. Pohang made a change by excluding Han Chan-hee and transfusing Kim Jong-woo. Yago created another opportunity in the eighth minute of the second half. After taking Min Sang-ki's ball, he produced a one-on-one chance with Hwang In-jae. However, the last dribble was long and caught in the foot.

He could have been angry, but four minutes later, Yago untied the twisted knot himself. Ko Seung-beom's cutback was re-opened with his left foot. Yago has scored three consecutive goals in the last three games, including the Korea Cup. Coach Park put in Giorgi and Lee Tae-seok to change the atmosphere in the 15th minute of the second half.

In the 25th minute of the second half, Hwang In-jae emptied the goal and came out. Kim Young-kwon shot from the center circle, but the ball moved away from the goal. Pohang's absurd mistakes continued. In the 33rd minute of the second half, Um Won-sang shot Min Sang-ki's pass miss, but the ball slightly missed the goal.

Immediately, Hwang In-jae's pass was cut off by Rubik'sson. Rubik's son tore the net with his right foot. Ulsan supporters sang a song "Goodbye" toward Pohang in the 37th minute of the second half. On the other hand, Pohang fans were discouraged.

Pohang didn't give up. After Giorgi beat Cho Hyun-woo in the 38th minute of the second half, he scored his first field goal after nesting in Pohang. It wasn't the end.

In the 41st minute of the second half, Ataru and Lee Myung-jae threatened the goal one after another, but were blocked by Hwang In-jae's good defense. In the subsequent corner kick set piece, Kim Young-kwon put Ataru's header pass as a header. It was his fifth goal.

In the 44th minute of the second half, Eo Jung-won shook Ulsan's net again. In the second half of extra time, Lee Tae-seok scored another goal. However, it was not enough for Pohang to turn the game around.
