On the 28th, GS Caltex, the women's team of the V League, held a media day event at the GS Caltex Cheongpyeong Gymnasium in Cheongpyeong, Gyeonggi-do.

He declared a `rebuilding' centered on young and potential players. Ahead of the season, it was time to listen to the new aspirations of coach Lee and the players.

However, there was a reason why GS Caltex held a media day event at Cheongpyeong Gymnasium. Wouldn't he have wanted to show off his tremendous facilities.

GS Caltex built its current gym on a site near the Human Resources Development Institute in 2019. Until then, he had rented a gym at Gangnam University in Yongin, Gyeonggi-do, and was living a hard life by finding nearby accommodation. Inspired by the latest gym and accommodation built by men's Hyundai Capital in 2013, GS Caltex also built a state-of-the-art gym. It was so that the team could only focus on volleyball.

'GS Caltex Mascot' Kwon Min-ji introduced various facilities. First of all, the size of the practice court was amazing. Because I use two coats at the same time, training efficiency is perfect. The highlight is weight training. He was proud to be the best in all professional sports training facilities. First of all, there were a lot of high-end exercise equipment. There were many expensive weightless treadmills and rehabilitation exercise equipment that could only be found in university hospitals. A GS Caltex official said, `We are not satisfied with this, and we are preparing to prepare new equipment or equipment at any time if there is any equipment or equipment that is helpful to the players" he said. He didn't forget his emotions. Through the customization service, club logos were inserted into all organizations and the team's symbolic color, cyan, was colored.

The most prominent thing in the treatment room is the cryotherapy instrument. It is an expensive treatment device that has become famous because Premier Leaguer Hwang Hee-chan (Wolverhampton) uses it at home through entertainment programs. It is a so-called 'cold therapy', and Kwon Min-ji gave a thumbs-up, saying "After one treatment, the body becomes lighter."

There were restaurants and rest areas on the upper floor. What drew my attention was the design of the Tongchang with a view of Cheongpyeong Lake. Players eat and spend their free time watching 'Lake View'. The diet was full of menus for three meals 'land, sea, and air' and even karaoke facilities were equipped to relieve stress.

The view is good, the air is good, and everything is good, but the only downside for the players is that they feel trapped in a remote place too far from the city. After being appointed as manager of GS Caltex, Lee heard the most from people around him "It's good to have a day or two, but it's bad to live there."It is said to have been ". But director Lee said, `I still love it. It is very convenient in terms of player management because training and player care are all solved even if our facilities are fully utilized. It is my role to give players a lot of outings and nights out so that this environment is not stuffy. So far, that's how I've kept it" he said.
