Busan's Sung Ho-young's decisive exit was ultimately a bad callCan play in the E-Land match as a post-mortem reduction
The Korea Professional Football Federation held its 16th reward and punishment committee on the 2nd to reduce the suspension of Busan's Sung Ho-young due to his exit during the game.

On the 29th of last month, Sung Ho-young committed a foul by holding his shoulder with both hands and knocking it over near the half-line in the second half of the match between Busan and Cheongju, North Chungcheong Province, to stop the opponent's counterattack. The referee ruled that Sung Ho-young had committed a foul that blocked the opponent's promising attack opportunity, so he was sent off with a second warning.

At that time, Busan allowed Kim Byung-oh to give up the first run in the 7th minute of the second half and then pulled the reins of the chase. Busan, which was outnumbered by Sung Ho-young's exit, dedicated an additional goal to Kim Myung-soon in the 39th minute and lost 0-2 at home. It was the first defeat since Cho Sung-hwan took office.

The Korea Football Association's judging committee decided at a professional evaluation panel meeting that Sung Ho-young's foul pulled the advancing opponent and hindered the play, but considering that the opponent was located near the half-line and that there were more defenders than the opponent's striker, it was difficult to see it as a 'preventing a promising attack opportunity', so a post-recession was necessary. The referee at the time was Oh Hyun-jung.

The federation's reward and punishment committee decided to reduce the suspension of Sung Ho-young by combining the evaluation results of the Korea Football Association's judging committee and the opinions of the federation's technical committee.

As a result, all suspensions, penalties, and team penalties due to Sung Ho-young's exit were exempted, and Sung Ho-young will be able to play in the 26th round against Seoul E-Land.
