Coach Yoon Jung-hwan is making outstanding achievements in his second season in Gangwon this season. In particular, Gangwon scored three wins, one draw and one loss in the five games played in July, sweeping 10 points to rise vertically to the top. This is the highest number of points among the 12 teams in the K League 1 during the same period.
Gangwon announced a pleasant start by winning 2-0 at home against Gwangju FC in the 21st round on the 7th. After that, he lost 0-2 against Pohang (July 10) in the 22nd round, but added to the atmosphere by scoring a 1-1 draw against Daejeon (July 13) in the 23rd round. Since then, he has won 4-0 and 4-2 in the 24th round against Jeju (July 20) and the 25th round against Jeonbuk (July 26), respectively, creating a winning streak. Currently, Gangwon ranks second in the league (44 points) after Gimcheon Sangmu.
In particular, Gangwon scored 11 points and 5 runs in five games in July, recording the most points and the most difference among the 12 teams in the K League 1 during the same period.
Yoon Jung-hwan, who successfully led Gangwon's July, won the 'flex K-League Coach of the Month' award in recognition of his outstanding leadership and leadership. Coach Yoon had the honor of winning his second director of the month award this year following May. Coach Yoon Jung-hwan will receive commemorative trophies and injuries produced by the Korean Professional Football Federation.
