At the SKT Tower in Euljiro, Seoul on the 16th, the welcoming event and fan signing event for Team SK will be attended by nine medallists, including Oh Sang-wook, who won the first individual-team event at the Paris Olympics, and the men's sabre 'New Avengers Koo Bon-gil, Park Sang-won, Do Kyung-dong, who won the silver medal in the team event with the highest record in women's sabre history, Yoon Ji-soo, Jeon Ha-young, Choi Se-bin, Jeon Eun-hye, and Park Hye-jung, who won the silver medal in the women's 81kg or higher weightlifting class.
Members of SK Telecom congratulate the Paris Olympics medalists, receive autographs, take pictures, and celebrate the achievements of the Paris Olympics. SK Telecom will also pay separate rewards to team SK medalists.
SK Telecom held a team SK launch ceremony in late June to encourage its supporters to participate in the Olympics, and contributed to arousing public interest in the Olympics and unpopular sports through online short-form content. Various contents such as short form, special shooting videos, and interviews containing training videos of SK players prepared by SK Telecom received more than 1.5 million views on YouTube and 4.8 million views on Instagram.
Kim Hee-seop, vice president of communication at SK Telecom, said, `Many people were happy because of the good performance of the SK players on the Olympic stage. SK Telecom said, "We will continue to make various efforts to develop balanced sports in Korea and practice sports ESG."
