The gold medal energy from the non-disabled people's 'Paris Olympics' continued to the Paris Paralympics. The second medal of the South Korean team was born in shooting.

The main character was air rifle ace Park Jin-ho (47, Gangneung City Hall). It was a delightful washout of Han, who missed the gold medal by just 0.1 points at the 2020 Tokyo Paralympic Games.

Park Jin-ho shot 249.4 points in the final round of the men's 10-meter air rifle (sports grade SH1) at Chatoru Shooting Center in France on the afternoon of the 31st (Korea time), beating Yerkin Gavasov (247.7 points).

After Cho Jung-du (37, BDH Paras) won the gold medal in the P1 men's 10m air pistol (sports grade SH1) the day before, South Korea rang out gold shots for the second consecutive day. The South Korean para shooting team won four medals (gold 2, silver and bronze 1) in just two days.

In the air rifle final, a total of eight players participate and shoot 10 shots first, and then shoot two shots later, and the player with the lowest total score is eliminated one by one. We got off to a good start. Park Jin-ho shot 103.1 points in his first 10 shots, tying for second with Martin Black Jorgensen (Denmark) and Andriy Doroshenko (Ukraine) after Gavasov (10.6 points).

But then I rode 'Rollercoaster' He was on the verge of elimination. However, Park Jin-ho focused on the target again with his unique calmness.

Park Jin-ho, who fell to fifth place by shooting 9.8 points on the 14th foot, shot 10.4 points on the 15th and 16th feet, barely beating sixth-place Jan Vinter (Denmark) by 0.9 points to escape the danger of elimination. Park Jin-ho, who overcame the crisis, shot 10.5 points on his 17th foot to move to third place. Park Jin-ho, who shot 10.4 points in the 19th shot, allowed Gavasov to chase after him.

Gavasov was in crisis by shooting 10.7 points first, but Park Jin-ho also shot 10.7 points. A situation where you can go all the way to the shoot-off. However, Doroshenko, who was leading, stayed at 10.0 points and rose to second place to become the final three.
