Sports Promotion Corporation to Host New Sports Camp at Sports Value Center Invites 30 families of infants and young people in Chungnam

The camp, which was held at the KSPO Sports Value Center (hereinafter referred to as the center) for two days and one night from the 24th, was attended by about 30 families of children and adolescents who were eligible for short-term sports experience courses living in Hongseong-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.
The camp was held in collaboration with Hongseong-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, as part of the 「Short-term Sports Experience Course」 for infants and adolescents who lack sports facilities due to geographical limitations. Camp participants conducted sports experiences using the center's facilities such as artificial rock climbing and smart sports.
In particular, through the new sport 'Pickleball', which combines interesting elements of badminton, tennis, and table tennis, it was easily experienced and received great response from the participants.
An official from the center said, "I hope it was a time for the youth and children in sports marginalized areas to feel the value of sports at our center. We will continue to strive to create a society where anyone can enjoy sports through easy and fun sports experience programs," he said.
