SSG won 2-0 against the NC Dinos in Game 11 of the season at Changwon NC Park on the 13th. With this victory, SSG has recently won two consecutive games, escaping from three consecutive losses against NC and five consecutive away losses against Changwon. Prior to this game, SSG was extremely weak against NC with one win and nine losses in 10 games this season, but it earned one meaningful win.
On the other hand, NC recently fell into a swamp of six consecutive losses as it lost to SSG, which had been in extreme form this season.
▶SSG starting lineup =Jihoon Choi(middle fielder)-Choo Shin-soo(designated hitter)-Choi Jung(third baseman)-Eredia(left fielder)-Hanyu Island(right fielder)-Park Sung-han(second baseman)-Jung Joon-jae(fourth baseman)-Lee Ji-young(first baseman) Jeon Ui-san(first baseman) starter Anderson
▶NC starting lineup = Park Min-woo (designated hitter), Seo Ho-cheol (second baseman), Davidson (first baseman), Kim Hui-jip (third baseman), Chun Jae-hwan (left fielder), Kim Sung-wook (center fielder), Park Si-won (right fielder), Kim Hyung-joon (captor), Kim Joo-won (striker) starting pitcher Lee Jae-hak
With SSG Anderson and NC Lee Jae-hak facing off as starters, the game was in a pitching match from the beginning. SSG rarely hit Lee Jae-hak's ball, and NC consistently got on base against Anderson, but there was a frustrating flow that did not make a timely hit.

The same goes for the second episode. After one out, Kim Hyung-joon took the first base with a not-out wild pitch, and No. 9 hitter Kim Joo-won hit the first pitch to make a hit to the right. One out and runners on first and second bases. However, again, Park Min-woo struck out, and Seo Ho-chul hit after two outs, and second baseman Kim Hyung-joon rushed home after third base and was tagged out, destroying the opportunity to score first.
SSG was perfected by Lee Jae-hak until the third inning. Not a single batter could reach first base. Then, at the beginning of the fourth inning. Finally, the first hit came out. Jihoon Choi, the leadoff hitter in the inning, hit Lee Jae-hak's fastball and hit a double that separated the right-center field.
Choo Shin-soo's successful sacrifice bunt resulted in one out and third base. Choi Jung-eun struck out swinging, but No. 4 hitter Herredia stepped up as a troubleshooter. In 2B1S, Herredia hit a 143km fastball on the fourth pitch to hit a timely hit to the right, and third baseman Jihoon Choi homered. SSG took a 1-0 lead.

NC added another base in the bottom of the fifth inning. After the second out, Davison Dune, Kim Hui-jip, and Shin Jin-hwan's walk were followed, and the bases loaded was set up. But luck didn't follow again this time. Kim Sung-wook's hit was caught as a fly ball to center field, and the timely hit did not explode.
The situation was similar in the bottom of the sixth inning. NC created chances for the second and third base with consecutive hits and opposing wild pitches by Kim Joo-won and Park Min-woo after two outs, but Seo Ho-chul struck out swinging against Noh Kyung-eun.
Continuing SSG's 1-0 lead. Another extra point opportunity was also canceled in the top of the eighth inning. After two outs, Choo Shin-soo and Choi Jeong's consecutive hits and Herredia's walk led to the bases loaded with two outs. The one-run gap was maintained as Han Yu-sum's ball did not leave the infield.
And the last attack in the top of the ninth inning. Finally, the run-away score came out. After two outs, Lee Ji-young's double opened the door. A scoring chance was created against Lim Jung-ho, and Oh Tae-gon, who was replaced as the ninth batter, once again hit an RBI timely double in the middle of the right, bringing Lee Ji-young home.
In the bottom of the ninth inning, SSG closer Cho Byung-hyun took the mound. Cho Byung-hyun struck out leadoff hitter Kim Joo-won with a standing strikeout, and struck out leadoff Park Min-woo after a full count. After two outs, Seo Ho-chul was allowed to walk, but he secured his team's victory by catching Davison with a mistake. Cho Byung-hyun made his third save of the season and his second consecutive save in the last two games.
