Ohtani was silent in a home game against the Pittsburgh Pirates at Dodger Stadium on the 11th (Korea time) with no hits in three at-bats and one go and four pitches. But the Dodgers won 4-1.

Lux's timely hit also occurred in the third inning. With a two-out, 2.3 base chance made by first-runner Nick Ahmed's right-handed hit, Teoscar's infield hit after one out, and Freddie Freeman's jin-base hit, Lux pulled on Skins' 93.4-mile body sinker and hit a line drive hit that fell in front of right field, bringing them all home with two runners.
In the fifth inning, Teosca hit a 93.4-mile sinker of Skins after two outs and connected it with a solo shot that easily crossed the right-center fence, widening the score gap to 4-0. He had to settle for lowering his ERA to 1.33 with four hits and four strikeouts in four ⅔ innings.
Pittsburgh starter Skins struggled with six hits, one walk, eight strikeouts, and four runs in six innings, losing the game. The Skins, who have failed to add to their last four consecutive wins, have 6-2 with a 2.25 ERA and 115 strikeouts for the season.
