When was your 'Baseball Day'? KBO Holds Commemorative Event on August 23
KBO will hold various fan events to thank the KBO League for its all-time box office success on August 23, 2008, which was enacted to commemorate the first gold medal in Korean Olympic baseball history.

From Aug. 21, when is on KBO's official Instagram channel where baseball fans can share their precious memories of 'Baseball Day'?> The event will be held, and a total of 823 winners will be selected through a lottery to present key rings to commemorate Baseball Day.

In addition, five stadiums across the country (Jamsil, Gocheok, Munhak, Daegu, and Changwon), where the game will be held on August 23, will announce the start of the game with simultaneous singing of the national anthem by baseball-loving vocalists, while soprano Heo Ji-yeon, Gocheok baritone Yoo Dong-jik, literary mezzo soprano Choi Hye-young, Daegu tenor Ha Seok-bae, and Changwon tenor Chung Eui-geun will be joined in Jamsil.

In addition, KBO and CGV will broadcast the game between Hanwha and Doosan live at CGV Yongsan I'Park Mall and hold a viewing party event to support the players. The viewing party will be attended by KBO President Koo Hu-yeon, legendary players of each club, Jung Min-cheol, and commentator Yoo Hee-kwan to watch the game with fans. All fans watching the viewing party on this day will receive a free key ring to celebrate Baseball Day.
