LG Choi Won-tae and Kiwoom Ha Young-min will face off as starters. The two pitchers are similar in terms of their performance this season. Choi Won-tae has a 4.02 ERA in 8 wins, 6 losses and 109 ⅔ innings this season, and Ha Young-min has a 4.00 ERA in 9 wins, 6 losses and 135 innings. However, Ha Young-min's weak advantage in terms of the number of appearances.
LG played against Kiwoom with Hong Chang-ki (right wing), Kim Hyun-soo (left wing), Park Dong-won (designated hitter), Moon Bo-kyung (third base), Oh Ji-hwan (striker), Kim Bum-seok (first base), Lee Young-bin (second base), Choi Won-young (middle fielder) and Heo Do-hwan (catcher) in the lineup. Kiwoom is leading 4-1 as of the sixth inning. However, apart from this, there were injuries.
Kiwoom replaced key hitter Kim Hye-sung after the attack in the top of the fifth inning. Kim Tae-jin was put in place of Kim Hye-sung.

Kiwoom said "Kim Hye-sung suffered pain in the back of his left knee during the defense process in the bottom of the fourth inning. We replaced it to protect the players." Kim Hye-sung was sluggish with no hits in three at-bats on the day. He also grounded out to second base in his last at-bat in the top of the fifth inning.
LG's center fielder Choi Won-young was replaced by an injury. After two outs in the bottom of the fifth inning, Kiwoom Ha Young-min's 146km fastball was hit on the wrist. Choi Won-young complained of strong pain, slumping immediately after dune.

Ha Young-min was also hit in the back of his thigh by LG Moon Sung-joo's ball in the bottom of the sixth inning. Lim Joon-hyung was put in place of Ha Young-min.
Kiwoom club "Both Kim Hye-sung and Ha Young-min are replacements to protect the players. We will observe the condition while performing icing treatment."
Meanwhile, Kiwoom's choice, which won one overall pick in the rookie draft held on the same day, was Deoksu High School and Jung Hyun-woo. LG, ranked 10th, nominated Kim Young-woo from Seoul High School.
