Golf life platform Pacific Lynx Korea (PLK) held the '2024 Gyeonggi Sports Council Presidential Golf Tournament' with the Gyeonggi-do Golf Association.

The competition, which was held for the first time this year, was held at North Farm CC in Paju, Gyeonggi-do from the 26th to the 27th of last month with 240 junior players from the Gyeonggi-do Provincial Association participating.

Players who participated in this competition received PLK hats, packable Boston bags and participation awards, and seed points for participation in the AJGA Junior Championship in the United States. A total of 12 winners, including the winners of the middle-high school, men's and women's competitions and the third place, were eligible to compete in the final round of the 'PLK Cup Junior for AJGA" to be held in November. Each of the men and women who won the final will be supported through PLK for all the AJGA Junior Championship participation games in the U.S. next year.

A PLK official said, "We want to provide various opportunities to Korean golf dreamers to help motivate them and further contribute to the development of the overall golf market by actively fostering golfers." he said.

PLK is a global premium golf life platform that combines golf and lifestyle, with nearly 10,000 members as of 2024.
