'Home run solo leader' NC Davidson exploded for 2 consecutive games with 40 home runs -1

Davison hit a home run in the top of the sixth inning, trailing 0-1 in an away game against SSG Landers at SSG Landers Field in Incheon on the 1st. Davison, who faced SSG starting pitcher Roenis Elias, who was pitching scoreless in the absence of a two-out runner, hit a 152km fastball at the first pitch and connected it with a solo home run over the center fence.
It was Davison's 39th home run this season. He hit a three-run home run against Drew Anderson in the top of the fifth inning against SSG on August 31st, a day earlier, and reported his 38th shot. He hit home runs in two consecutive games, leaving only one with 40 home runs left.
At the same time, he succeeded in 30 home runs and 100 RBIs for the season. Davidson, who was one RBI short with 99 RBIs, stepped up to the plate with a solo home run. This is the second league record this season and the 88th in his career.
Davison is currently the lone home run leader in the league. The gap with Davidson has further widened as No. 2 Kim Do-young (KIA) scored 34 and No. 3 Choi Jeong (SSG) scored 33.
