'How can a left-handed pitcher be this weak...' "8G 0 wins and 6 losses to LG for 3 years, ERA 9.63. We are on the verge of losing two innings and four runs again today. Revenge will go to next year."

SSG Landers' left-handed starter Oh Won-seok crashed against the LG Twins' wall again.
Oh Won-seok started in an away game against LG held in Jamsil on the 4th and allowed four hits, one walk, one strikeout, and four runs (two earned) in two innings. It came down from a 0-4 deficit and is on the verge of losing.
Oh Won-seok was particularly weak against LG. Since 2022, he has not won a single game in eight appearances against LG and has only lost six games. The ERA was also not good at 9.63. I've never had a quality start.
In his first meeting in Jamsil on April 13 this year, he showed stable performance of six hits and two runs in five ⅔ innings, but in his second meeting on June 4, he became a losing pitcher with nine hits and five runs in five innings. And on July 26, he collapsed with seven hits (three homers) and eight runs (six earned) in two innings in Incheon, becoming a losing pitcher.
Again, LG's revenge failed.
He didn't get help from the defense in the bottom of the first inning. He got a hit by the leadoff Hong Chang-ki and induced Oh Ji-hwan to ground out in front of the shortstop, catching Hong Chang-ki from second base with one out and one out. Oh Ji-hwan allowed Oh to steal second base and was hit by third-base hit by Austin, but third baseman Park Ji-hwan caught it well. At this time, second baseman Oh Ji-hwan expected Park Ji-hwan to throw to first base and ran home around third base. Shortstop Kim Sung-hyun saw this and shouted at Park Ji-hwan, and Park Ji-hwan also saw Oh Ji-hwan and threw home. Oh Ji-hwan was threatened, but shortstop Kim Sung-hyun failed to catch the ball thrown to third base and dropped it back, so Oh Ji-hwan homered. Austin advanced to third base.
Later, when Park Dong-won grounded out in front of the shortstop, Austin, the third baseman, homered and became 0-2.
He also lost a point in the bottom of the second inning. After two outs, Park Hae-min allowed him to steal second base following a hit ball and allowed No. 9 Choi Won-young to hit a double on the right field and one run. Hong Chang-ki then gave up another run on a heavy hit.
In the bottom of the third inning, he was replaced by Song Young-jin after a heavy hit by Moon Bo-kyung. The number of pitches was 66. He threw 42 fastballs, 15 curves, 5 changeups, and 4 sliders with a maximum speed of 148 km.
Oh Won-seok's last victory over LG was in Jamsil on October 6, 2021, when he recorded a quality start with four hits and two runs in six innings.
Now SSG's showdown with LG will be the last match on the 5th. Oh Won-seok's revenge will be postponed until next year.
