The Doosan Bears regained their fourth place with a 50% win rate.

Doosan won the away game against KT Wiz 12-2 at KT Wiz Park in Suwon on the 7th. Doosan escaped from five consecutive losses and succeeded in recovering its winning percentage of 50% with 65 wins, 2 draws and 65 losses overall for the season. KT lost 65 games (two draws and 64 wins) this season as it failed to continue its two-game winning streak.

Doosan scored in the top of the fourth inning. Following Cho's hit and Jung Soo-bin's walk, Huh Kyung-min's timely hit and Yang Eui-ji's walk added two more runs. Kim Jae-hwan then drew a walk again to create a chance, and Yang Seok-hwan and Kang Seung-ho made consecutive hits, widening the score to 8-0.

Doosan reached the 10-point mark in the top of the fifth inning when Yang Eui-ji's two-run timely hit came out after hits by Lee Yoo-chan and Cho Soo-haeng.

KT's silence was broken in the bottom of the fifth inning. After Kim Sang-soo's infield hit and Shim Woo-joon's hit, Rojas' timely hit followed. This score became KT's only score.

Doosan widened the score to 12-1 with Jung Soo-bin's solo home run in the bottom of the seventh inning and Kim Jae-hwan's solo home run in the bottom of the eighth inning.

KT scored after leadoff hitter Kang Baek-ho doubled in the bottom of the ninth inning, but it was not enough to fill the gap.
