Lotte Giants will strengthen their determination to advance to autumn baseball with Choi Dong-won's dedication ceremony.

Lotte will hold a memorial event for the 13th anniversary of the late Choi Dong-won at the home game at Sajik Stadium in Busan on the 14th.

The event will begin at 12 p.m. with a wreath-laying ceremony in front of Choi Dong-won's statue located in Sajik Baseball Stadium Square, and before the start of the game, the team and the entrance crowd will hold a moment of silence and pay tribute to Choi Dong-won.

In addition, Memorial Day will be celebrated through the singing of the national anthem of the Choi Dong-won baseball class's children's team, and a baseball student from Gyeongnam Middle School, a former Choi Dong-won school, will take charge of the special first pitch.

In commemoration of Memorial Day, the plaza will hold a 'Arrest Measurement Event' for fans visiting the day. Fans who have achieved a speed limit of 111 kilometers or more will be given a championship uniform as a prize.

In addition, the team will play with a memorial patch containing Choi Dong-won's silhouette attached to the uniform. Following the 23 seasons, the patch of the team's misplaced uniforms will be auctioned later through the club's official APP, and the proceeds will be used for local amateur baseball teams.

Details on Memorial Day can be found on the official Lotte Giants APP or website.
