2025 KBO League Rookie Draft. High school powerhouses Deoksu High School, Jeon Ju High School, and Gyeonggi Sang High School have been honored to produce six players each to the professional league.

In the meantime, there is another school that has staged a quiet rebellion. Dongwon University of Science and Technology (Dongwon University of Science and Technology).

A total of three players were selected for the Dongwon National University of Science and Technology, led by head coach Lee Moon-han, in the draft held on the 11th. In the seventh round, pitcher Hong Joon-young was called to the Samsung Lions. Coach Lee Moon-han did not shine when he was active, but after retirement, he performed various tasks as a front desk for the Samsung Lions and Lotte Giants. In the process, I was able to build a lot of know-how to make a professional player.

For example, Lee Min-jae, who was nominated by Hanwha, drew attention this year by setting an unprecedented record of four consecutive leadoff home runs in the college league. It could not be said that the record did not affect the professional nomination.

Coach Lee suggested bulk-up to Lee Min-jae, who had good batting skills in high school but lacked power. Lee Min-jae, who gained strength in the second year of this year, began to attract the attention of scouts with a different hit than before.
