A mystery has been revealed that Jung Hae-sung, former chairman of the Power Reinforcement Committee, suddenly resigned at the end of the process of appointing the coach.

Commissioner Lim Oh-kyung pointed out that there would have been no problem if the committee had held an emergency board meeting or even a written resolution and went through the procedure that the authority of Chairman Jeo Hae-sung was granted to the director of the board of directors.

In addition, Chairman Chung Mong-gyu and head coach Hong Myung-bo were convinced that there was no problem with the process of appointing the national team coach.

Chairman Chung Mong-gyu also said, `I don't think there is any illegality. It is not desirable for the personnel process to be discussed. I don't think dissecting each person individually is a desirable personnel practice. If it's procedurally wrong, I'll be pointed out and make improvements," he replied.
