The Korea Professional Football Federation (President Kwon Oh-gap) and the Korea Asset Management Corporation (President Kwon Nam-joo) delivered 44.54 million won in donations to the foundation K League Association (Chairman Kwak Young-jin).

The donation delivery ceremony was held at 4 p.m. on the 5th at the Seoul Metropolitan Welfare Center for the Disabled, attended by K League Association Chairman Kwak Young-jin, Federation Secretary-General Cho Yeon-sang, and KAMCO President Kwon Nam-joo.

The donation was made by donating the signed uniforms and cherished items of the team's K League players who played in the Coupang Play Series in July, and by adding donations in the form of matching grands from KAMCO as much as the winning amount.

The federation and KAMCO held a donation auction for the team K League's signature uniforms and cherished items through OnBid from August 5 to 9. As a result, donations were raised through much interest from K-League fans, with Cesinha (Daegu)'s false soccer shoes winning 1.21 million won, Yoon Do-young's (Daejeon) false uniform winning 1.2 million won, and Yang Min-hyuk's (Gangwon) false hoodie winning 1.05 million won.

The donation donated to K League Association will be used to support sports activities of people with developmental disabilities and to improve social awareness through sports.

Secretary-General Cho Yeon-sang thanked the K-League players and fans for participating in the public sale of the donation. All members of the K League, including the federation, club officials and players, expressed their feelings, saying, "We will continue to take the lead in creating a healthier community through soccer."
