KIA Tigers, who won the regular league for the first time in seven years, have confirmed the training schedule for the Korean Series.

KIA will end its 144 games at home against the NC Dinos at Gwangju-Kia Champions Field on the 30th. KIA already confirmed the championship on September 17th and has been playing the rest of the game by giving key players a break since then.

On the 21st, Na Sung-bum and Stout, who was injured, were excluded from the first team, and Choi Hyung-woo was excluded on the 22nd. Socrates was also removed from the first team on the 25th, giving him a break. On the 26th, Yang Hyun-jong, Kwak Do-gyu, and Kim Do-hyun were excluded.

In the last game, the first interest is whether Kim Do-young will join the '40 (homerun)-40 (stealing) club'. If he hits two home runs on the day, he will join the 40-40 club for the second time since Eric Thames (47 home runs - 40 steals) of the NC Dinos in 2015 and the first Korean player to join the 40-40 club.

Gwangju's hot baseball heat, which was filled with 1.2 million spectators for the first time ever, will be cooled for a while until October 21, when the first game of the Korean Series will be held.

KIA will have a three-day rest after the game on the 30th, and will start training to prepare for the Korean Series from the 4th. During the 17-day training period until the 20th, he scheduled 10 training sessions, three practice games, and four rest days. Training and practice games showed the precision of preparing for the time of the Ha-guk Series by dividing time into day and night.

The Korean Series is scheduled to play the first and second games at Gwangju-Kia Champions Field on the 21st and 22nd, play the third and fourth games at the playoff winning team stadium on the 24th and 25th, and then return to Gwangju on the 27th and 29th to play the 5th and 7th games.
