The Korea Sports Promotion Foundation will hold an audit meeting of public institutions in the leisure industry to discuss cooperation with the Korea Racing Authority, Grand Korea Leisure, and Kangwon Land

The Seoul Olympic Memorial National Sports Promotion Foundation (Chairman Cho Hyun-jae) announced that it held a 'Leisure Industry Public Institution Audit Council' with Kangwon Land, Grand Korea Leisure, and the Korean Horse Association to strengthen audit capabilities and spread anti-corruption and integrity culture.

The audit council held at the Seoul Olympic Parktel on the 5th was attended by standing auditor Ha Hyung-joo, Kangwon Land and Yoon Byung-hyun, standing auditor of the Korea Racing Authority, and Park Yong-woo, standing auditor of Grand Korea Leisure, to discuss various cooperation measures to strengthen audit capabilities.

Members of the council continued to discuss practical audit cooperation measures by sharing excellent audit and internal control cases tailored to the characteristics of leisure industry operating institutions, moving to Misajeong Park in the afternoon to tour the sports corporation's correction project, and comparing and analyzing the operation of the leisure industry operated by each institution.

Standing auditor Ha Hyung-joo is striving to strengthen audit capabilities through continuous cooperation through the council. We will continue to strive to strengthen the internal control system and spread the culture of integrity,' he said.

Since its launch in August 2022, the Leisure Industry Public Institution Audit Council has continued mutual cooperation to improve audit capabilities for each institution to establish audit strategies, strengthen internal control, and support audit work by sector.
