[Bangkok (Thailand) = Reporter Kwon In-ha of Sports Chosun] The first international exchange match of the Ring Championship is all ready with one day left.

The Ring Championship will hold an international exchange game with Fairtex Fight 'Fairtex Fight X Ring Championship' at 12 p.m. on the 14th (Korea Standard Time) at Roompini Stadium in Bangkok, Thailand.

On the 13th, a day before the game, the tally was held at Lompini Stadium. Of the 12 contestants, 11 passed the boundary. Only one failed, but unfortunately, Kwon Ki-seop, who is participating in the main event, exceeded 600g. According to the rules of the tournament, part of Kwon Ki-seop's fee will be passed on to his opponent, Salawin Petnongki (Myanmar). The game will go ahead as it is.

Salawin, 25, has a remarkable 81-40 record, although young. Salawin also played in the One Championship and has overwhelmed his opponents with strong batting and constant forward pressure. Aggressive style and sophisticated techniques instantly made him a player in the spotlight. Kwon Ki-seop (24, IBGYM) is a talented fighter who has been active on the Korean standing martial arts stage. Kwon, who has a record of 23 wins and 6 losses, is drawing attention for his outstanding skills and calmness in the ring. In particular, he is a fighter who has won a lot with his strategic play and strong hitting ability to attack the opponent's loopholes.

In the Comain event, Thailand's MMA powerhouse Yotkaiket Y2K Fairtex (33) and South Korea's Kim Jong-pil (24, Sungseo Senjim) will play a bantamweight match. Y2K had three wins and four losses in the One Championship alone, but suffered a difficult time for a while, suffering four consecutive losses. Y2K, who returned to Muay Thai, which is familiar to him, won One Friday Fights 11, and later scored one win and one loss in Muay Thai, will return to the MMA stage for the first time in about two years.

Kim Jong-pil is considered the next generation of fighters who will be responsible for the future of Korean martial arts. He suffered a bitter taste of defeat in his professional debut, but since then, he has won three consecutive games and achieved remarkable growth. In addition to boxing-based batting skills, he shows outstanding skills in grappling and has an all-round ability to overwhelm his opponent. It is evaluated that he is aggressive, flexible, and has the ability to determine the game by targeting the opponent's loopholes at any time.

The Muay Thai game between Choi Jae-wook (34, Samsan Jim) and Shinto Tong Sotanakon (25, Thailand) is also attracting interest. Choi Jae-wook, a former KMF welterweight champion with a 15-7 record, announced a successful return by winning the Japan ACF in 2023 after a three-year hiatus. Shinto Tong Sotanakon boasts a brilliant record of 67 wins, 5 losses and 3 draws. He has achieved his best performance with three consecutive wins.

Three matches will be played under MMA rules. It is a match between Nam Dae-hyun (19, Cheongwan) and Tanawat Rachinarit (Thailand). Nam Dae-hyun is a new fighter who made his debut at Ring Championship 04 in April and won and signed an exclusive contract. He has already received attention through his appearance in the fight content 'High School Heavenly King'. Tanawat Rachinarit is a new fighter with a record of 2 wins and 2 losses. I'm a very combative fighter, so I'm looking forward to a quick match.

The two games between Gu Tae-won (24, Yakzim) and Kunkrai PK Sanchai (25, Thailand) are expected to be a fierce batting match. Gu Tae-won is a former member of the WAKO national team and has a record of 17 wins and 10 losses. In March, he became the 58kg champion at HERO 6. He has already demonstrated his ability with strong batting and skills. Kunkrai PK Sanchai is a veteran with a record of 53 wins, 46 losses and two draws.

Kwak Ryeong-pyo (Seolbong Muay Thai)'s opponent, who played in one game, was replaced due to injury. Originally, he was scheduled to face Asawatep Sissit Night (Thailand), but due to the injury, Yodtanong Petna Fachai (Thailand) urgently came forward. Both passed the weight limit and were able to play normally. Kwak Ryeong-pyo is a 17-year-old Muay Thai newcomer with a record of 13 wins, 5 losses and 1 draw. Attention is focusing on what kind of game he will play against the suddenly changed opponent.
