It unveiled its new product, which is about to be launched worldwide, at a presentation held in Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, on the afternoon of the 2nd.
The JPX series is Mizuno's flagship model, which combines Mizuno R&D's latest technology and design philosophy along with Mizuno's 118 heritage. This year marks the 20th anniversary of the JPX series since its debut in 2005.
The new product 'JPX925 Series Iron', which is expected to be the 20th innovation of JPX, provides more enhanced performance such as excellent speed and tolerance as well as a unique batting sense under the concept of 'Infinite Innovation, Infinite Potential'.
For upgraded performance, we will showcase three lineups in response to the needs of various golfers based on 350,000 swing DNA extracted through the Mizuno fitting system 'Mizuno Shaft Optimizer 3D'.
Mizuno Forged Iron 'JPX925 Forged Iron', which has the highest repulsive performance in history, 'JPX925 Hot Metal Iron' with both high-speed and high-resilience performance and tolerance, and 'JPX925 Hot Metal Pro Iron' which debuts in Korea.
The core technology of this new product 'JPX925 Iron' is Mizuno's condensed innovation technology that further amplified the repulsion of the face with 'Contour Ellipse Face'.
The thickness of each face part is applied differently like the contour line, minimizing distance loss even in missed shots. Based on JPX925 Posed Iron, the thinnest thickness of the face is 1.5mm, and it is characterized by maximized ball speed and maximum speed maintained during impact through a face that is up to 30% thinner than the existing same model.
Mizuno's unique technology forging 'Grain Flow Posed HD', Mizuno 'Harmonic Impact Technology (H.I.T.)', which realizes ideal batting sound and feeling, and the adoption of new materials for faces that utilize the characteristics of each lineup, help realize the accuracy, distance, and tolerance expected of iron play.

The material composition is also diverse to enhance the performance of each number. First of all, the SCM420 head of pure wrought iron and chromoly is employed in the long and middle iron (No. 4-7) to provide more improved repulsion in case of impact through a thinner and more rigid face design through the new design technology 'Full Pocket Cavity Structure'. In addition, high-purity '1025E' wrought iron heads were employed in the short irons of the 8th and 9th and the pitching wedge (PW), realizing batting and accurate control performance.
The 'Contour Ellipse Face' technology employed in JPX925 Posed Iron is a technology that applies the curve of the face like a contour line by thickening the center of the face and thinly treating the periphery, and the face is designed to be 0.7mm thinner while maintaining strength compared to the existing model to show repulsion performance up to the limit of the repulsion coefficient.
The dedicated wedge constructed in this POD model is 'FULL GROOVES'. Gap wedges (49 degrees) increase by 123% compared to regular grooves and sand wedges (55 degrees) increase by 126%, ensuring the function of the scoreline even for missed shots from the toe side. In addition, JPX925 Posed Iron also features the JPX925 Posed LH (Left Hand)'iron for left-handed golfers and the female forged iron 'JPX925 Posed Lady' line.
'JPX925 Series Iron' contains two hot metal models.
Based on the swing DNA of 350,000 golfers extracted through the Mizuno Shaft Optimizer 3D', a Mizuno fitting system, 'JPX925 Hot Metal Iron' will be newly introduced in Korea following 'JPX925 Hot Metal Pro'. JPX925's hot metal line employs a nickel chromoly (CrMo4335+)' material commonly used for landing gears of airplanes, which is characterized by high strength and thinner face. It allows for higher ballistic and precision with the concept of 'Iron flying to wherever it is hit on the face.'
As a characteristic of the configuration by number, tungsten was strategically placed on the heel and toe sides of the long-middle iron (No. 5-7) to design the center position lower and deeper. At the bottom of the brush, the cavity part of the leading edge acts as a hinge, providing improved repulsive performance due to the action of the face and brush fluctuating function.
Mizuno's 'Harmonic Impact Technology (H.I.T.)' technology, which controls the frequency and sound pressure of the sound, precisely adjusts the sound bar and seven sound ribs to enable an ideal sense of inertia.
'JPX925 Hot Metal Iron' is recommended for golfers who require distance and tolerance, and'JPX925 Hot Metal Pro Iron' is recommended for golfers who prefer long-distance, operational, and small, straight-neck irons.
Mizuno will hold an event for customers who purchase the model until the 30th to commemorate JPX's launch of the 20th Innovation 'JPX925 Series Iron'. Customers who purchase 'JPX925 Series Iron' at Mizuno's official agency nationwide will be given a gift certificate of 300,000 won for Mizuno's official online mall when they register their online genuine products.
