Rafa Mir (27, Valencia), a former Spanish youth representative, was arrested by Spanish police on charges of sexual assault.
A spokesperson for the Spanish Civil Defense Force police admitted that the first report from Spanish radio 'Cadena Ser' was true on the 3rd local time.
According to local reports, Mir filed a complaint with police on the 2nd against Mir and another man over a 25-year-old woman's incident at Mir's home.
The woman claims she and a friend were sexually assaulted by two men.
The women went to the hospital, and so far, police have arrested Mirman and are chasing another man.
In a statement posted on the club's website by the Valencia club 'Valencia is aware of Rafa Mir's arrest. 'I can only tell you that we will cooperate with everything necessary for the truth at this time, without any details.'"
Mir officials are still keeping quiet.

Mir was unable to settle in Barcelona and headed to Murcia. After playing for Murcia for a year, he moved to Valencia Youth Team in 2012. Lee Kang-in, who plays for the Valencia Youth Team from 2011, has been in the same league for three years until 2015.
Lee Kang-in joined Valencia's first team at the age of 17 and joined big club Paris Saint-Germain last summer after passing through Mallorca. Mir, on the other hand, could not find a place in either team. He moved to Wolverhampton in 2018 after failing to get a chance in Valencia's first team, but moved to Las Palmas, Nottingham Forest and Uesca on loan. He joined Sevilla in 2021 and scored 10 goals in La Liga in the 2021-2022 season, but gradually lost ground and eventually left for Valencia this season to play two La Liga games so far.
