On the 3rd (Korea time), the French League 1 called out the scene of Lee Kang-in beating five opposing defenders on its official SNS (social network service) channel. French Ligue 1 posted an emoji of the national flag with the words `Stop That Lee'.
Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), led by head coach Luis Enrique, won 3-1 in the third round of the French League 1 away match against Lille in the 2024-2025 season at Stade Pierre Morua in Lille, France on the 2nd. PSG previously caught Le Havre (4-1) and Montpellier (6-0) in a row. PSG is the only team among the 18 teams to win its opening three games in a row.
The highlight scene came out in the 44th minute of the second half. Lee Kang-in made an amazing move to beat the opponent's defense in a series of counterattacks. At first, three different players were attached, but they passed a threatening forward pass through the final five.
Lee Kang-in started the game on the bench. He was replaced by Bradley Barcola in the 29th minute of the second half when his team was leading 2-0. In 16 minutes, he recorded 11 ball touches, two successful dribbles, one key pass and two successful ground contests.

After the game, Enrique said "It is not easy to expect a result to play an away game against a team like Lille. We controlled the game for 60 to 70 minutes. Our rhythm was lacking for the last 20 minutes. I don't think we finished the game. Still, I think the outcome is fair. We played well. We are still in good shape. It is impossible to score more points. We conceded 13 goals and two runs (in the opening three games). It's not that bad. Of course we can be further improved. I think the level of our team is already high."
Meanwhile, Lee Kang-in joined the national team after the match against Lille. As a member of the South Korean national soccer A team led by head coach Hong Myung-bo, he is set to face the Palestinians.
