The Korean Olympic Committee held an event to encourage sponsors and donors of the Paris Olympics at 2 p.m. on the 13th at Olympic Parktel Olympia Hall in Songpa-gu, Seoul.

The event was organized to thank and encourage the South Korean team, sponsors, and donors for the Paris Olympics. Grateful plaques were delivered to sponsors and donors, and encouragement funds were awarded to medalists and outstanding athletes.

A total of eight companies, including KB Financial Group, Hana Financial Group, HDC, HDC Hyundai Development, Korea Sports Promotion Corporation, Korea Religious Leaders' Council, Point to You, and KIYEON Corporation, which have provided support for the Paris Olympic athletes, delivered appreciation plaques.

A total of five companies, Yeongwon Outdoor Co., Ltd., CJ Co., Ltd., Best Sleep, Paris Baguette, and Northwest Co., Ltd., which are sponsors of Team Korea, were also awarded appreciation plaques.

KB Financial Group and Donors delivered encouragement money to athletes with excellent performances at the Paris Olympics, and Hana Financial Group delivered encouragement money to excellent leaders. The MVP award is Kim Woo-jin and Lim Ji-hyun, the men's 400-meter freestyle bronze medalist Kim Woo-min, and the fighting spirit award is??Gymnastics Yeo Seo-jung, who showed the Olympic spirit with her fighting spirit that never gave up despite a dislocated injury, Lee Won-ho, who missed the medal but did his best, and Oh Kwang-heon, who led the women's table tennis team to multiple bronze medals, including Shin Yoo-bin, coach of the Taekwondo team Oh Hye-ri, who showed the dignity of a player-centered leader on the Olympic stage, and Jeon Eun-hee, who led the silver medal of Sung Seung-min in the women's modern pentathlon for the first time in Asia, were honored.

The Korean Olympic Committee also plans to pay separate rewards to Paris Olympic medalists. "We will continue our efforts to revitalize the corporate sponsorship culture while providing support to create an environment where athletes can focus on training ahead of the 2025 Turin Winter Universiade and 2025 Harbin Winter Asian Games." expressed his intention.
