CBS Sports in the U.S. announced the top 100 players for the 2024-2025 NBA season.
First place was Nikola Jokic. The best big man at this point. He is the ace of Denver and an icon of European basketball.
He is versatile as a big man. He led Denver to the championship and was named MVP. He is a player who boasts versatility such as shooting, under-the-goal dominance, and passes to the extent that he is considered the best passer of all time.
It deserves to be ranked first.
Second place went to the Greek monster Janis Antetokounmpo (Milwick Bucks).
As expected, Antetokounmpo has a monstrous ability. Breakthrough with excellent height and speed is unstoppable. The level of passing and outside shots is improving little by little every season.
However, outside shooting is still a weakness. However, other abilities are so outstanding.
Third place is Luka Doncic (Dallas). He is the absolute ace of Dallas and excels in all aspects, including scoring, passing, and rebounding. Although it is evaluated as having poor defense, the defensive step is at the top of the league when concentrating.
Oklahoma's absolute ace Shai Gilzer Alexander came in fourth and Joel Embiid came in fifth.
In fact, the NBA stage is at the center of a generational shift.
However, veterans' counterattacks are also formidable.
Stephen Curry ranked sixth, Jason Tatum ranked seventh, LeBron James ranked eighth, and Kevin Durant and Anthony Edwards ranked ninth and 10th, respectively.
