Busan I'Park was ranked fourth in the K League Youth Club Award in 2023 based on its excellent youth player development system and differentiated operating direction. The K League Youth Club Award is an annual award given by the Korea Professional Football Federation based on the number of youth professional players produced, games and hours played, youth competition performance, and other system evaluations.

The top four teams (Busan I'Park, Suwon Samsung, Jeonbuk Hyundai, and FC Seoul) in the 2023 K-League Youth Club Awards will be given the right to participate in the '2024 K-League International Youth Cup' Incheon competition, which will be held for seven days from the 28th to October 4th. In addition, Incheon, the host local club, and Incheon's national sports team will also be eligible to participate. There are a total of six overseas teams participating in the 2024 K League International Youth Cup Incheon, with four European teams (Everton FC, FC Augsburg, RCD Espanyol, RCD Mayorka) and two Asian teams (Kashiwareysol and Shandong Taishan).

The 12 teams from around the world participating in the tournament will be divided into two groups, six teams each, and the first-place teams in each group will then determine the final winner at 1 p.m. on October 4. Busan I'Park U17 Kaesong High School, which was assigned to Group A, will face Real Sociedad (Spain), FC Augsburg (Germany), Kashiwa Reysol (Japan), Suwon Samsung, and Incheon United (Korea) teams. Among them, the No. 1 team in Group A will go straight to the final.

Choi Kwang-hee, head coach of Busan U17 Kaesong High School, said "I'm happy that Busan I'Park U17 Kaesong High School won the top K League Youth Club Award and received a good opportunity." Meanwhile, Busan I-Park held a mutual agreement ceremony for the development of U-girl soccer for the operation of Saha-gu I-Park U12 WFC at the Saha-gu Sports Association located in Saha-gu, Busan on the 27th. With Chairman Lee Young-soo of the Saha-gu Sports Association, Vice Chairman Park Chang-seok, Secretary-General Bae Dae-gi and CEO Kim Byung-seok of Busan I-Park, they pledged to discover and foster promising young girls and develop the community through soccer with the aim of participating in the Queen's Flag in November.

In particular, U12 WFC coach Jung Soo-jin has more than 27 years of experience and know-how as a leader since retirement, including his seven-year career as a Korean women's national soccer team player from 1990 to 1997. Since the founding ceremony of the Busan I'Park U Girls' Soccer Team in July, it has been recruiting and fostering Saha-gu I'Park U12 WFC players, and is currently managing and guiding 25 prospective dream players.

Through this agreement, Busan I'Park will support the right to use naming necessary for the operation and promotion of the elite team and administrative and supplies necessary for the operation of the team for the operation of the Saha-gu I'Park U12 WFC. At the same time, the Saha-gu Sports Council will be responsible for overall management of the soccer team, including player selection and management, participation in competitions, and career guidance, using Busan I'Park's naming.

Coach Jung Soo-jin said in his speech on the agreement "I think this agreement with the Busan I'Park Professional Football Team to develop U-girl soccer is a good opportunity to promote U-girl soccer not only in Busan but also across the country." As a coach, I will do my best to foster future Korean female national team players in Busan by closely guiding them to improve their individual skills and maximize their abilities on the field.", he expressed his ambition.

Busan I'Park's efforts to foster youth have not yet been completed. In addition to simply selecting good leaders, the operation system was further strengthened by appointing additional experts in each area necessary to discover excellent players and foster professional players, such as general directors, scouts, and physical coaches.

Based on a common direction and connected development system from the general director of youth to the leaders of the elementary school player development class (U9), Busan I'Park has achieved excellent performance in all age groups nationwide competitions, including the 45th Korea Football Association Presidential Cup National High School Soccer Competition runner-up (U18 Kaesong High School), the 53rd National Youth Sports Festival (U15 Fallout Middle School), and the undefeated K-League U12 Championship (U12). As such, Busan I'Park will continue to strengthen the club's youth football philosophy system to produce professional players from Sunggol Youth such as Kwon Hyuk-gyu, Kim Jin-gyu, and Jo Wi-je in the future.
