Bucheon FC and Chungcheongbuk-do Cheongju were superior and inferior.

Bucheon FC and Chungcheongbuk-do Cheongju drew 0-0 in the 'Hana Bank K League 2 2024' match held at Bucheon Stadium on the 5th. Bucheon (47 points) failed to win two consecutive games. Chungcheongbuk-do Cheongju (38 points) failed to break the winless swamp for eight consecutive games. After the game, a loud voice came out between the Bucheon supporters and the Chungbuk Cheongju team.

Bucheon was in a hurry. Previously, Bucheon (45 points) was ranked seventh. Based on the results of the game, he was able to raise his ranking to fifth place. Bucheon lost 1-3 against the Jeonnam Dragons just before, dampening the mood. There was a desperate need for a turnaround.

Chungcheongbuk-do Cheongju (36 points) was desperate to counter this. Coach Choi Yoon-kyum, who has led the team so far, voluntarily resigned due to poor performance. Chungcheongbuk-do Cheongju has been winless (four draws and three losses) in seven consecutive games since August. Head coach Kwon Oh-kyu was the acting coach for the game.

Chungcheongbuk-do Cheongju was a 3-4-3 tactic. Kim Young-hwan, Jung Sung-ho and Yoon Min-ho took the lead in the attack. Koo Hyun-jun, Kim Jung-hyun, Kim Sun-min, and Kim Myung-soon were located at the waist. Jeon Hyun-byeong, Lee Min-hyung and Kim Ji-hoon were in the three-back. The goalkeeper's gloves were worn by Jeong Jin-wook.

Kickoff. Chungcheongbuk-do Cheongju moved aggressively. He put all his energy into the defense of Vasani, the core of Bucheon's offense. However, in the process, Chungcheongbuk-do Cheongju's defense was warned one after another. In the first half alone, Lee Min-hyung, Kim Sun-min, and Jeon Hyun-byung received a yellow card. Bucheon had a decisive opportunity at the end of the first half, but failed to score. The first half ended 0-0.

The second half was similar. Bucheon took out the replacement card first. Jung Jae-yong, Park Hyung-jin, and Rupeta were excluded, and Park Hyun-bin, Kim Sun-ho, and Lee's brother were put in at the same time. Bucheon led the game by increasing its share. Cheongju, North Chungcheong Province, has set up a counterattack. Instead of Jung Sung-ho and Kim Young-hwan, Thales and Jang Hyuk-jin took the ground.

The two team benches' resourcefulness battle has become fiercer. Bucheon added Yoon Jae-woon instead of Han Ji-ho. Chungcheongbuk-do Cheongju called Koo Hyun-joon, who is feared to be injured, to the bench and put Kim Min-sik in.
