On the 30th, the Lotte club held a '2025 Rookie Family Day' event to invite rookie designated players and their families to Lotte World Tower.
Three times this year? It's an open event. Lotte is offering rookie players and their families a celebration of joining, as well as a sense of belonging and pride in the club.
In order to celebrate joining the rookie players, 10 players, including Jeon Joon-woo, Jung Hoon, Park Se-woong, Son Ho-young, Ko Seung-min, Kim Jin-wook, Na Seung-yeop, Yoon Dong-hee, and Jeon Mir Park Joon-woo, representing the club, attended the event. The event was held with an official welcoming ceremony, a visit to the Sangjeon Shin Kyukho Memorial Hall, and a tour of Lotte World Tower Observatory Seoul Sky.
Owner Shin Dong-bin congratulated the rookie players on their new start and delivered a congratulatory message that he will support them to their full potential as professional players. It also delivered gifts to all rookie players.
Son Ho-young, who attended the event, said, `I will work hard to help the newcomers show confidence in the stadium and prepare well together"Thank you for providing a place to communicate with new players like this." Park Jun-woo, a 24-year rookie, said, `I will not forget the heart I had here last year and do my best", he expressed his feelings.
Kim Tae-hyun, who was selected in the first round of this rookie draft, said, `I felt proud to be a part of Lotte today while traveling to Lotte World Tower, a Korean landmark, with my family. The seniors also welcomed me at the Family Day event, so I think I will be able to adapt quickly to the team. I will try to show my improvement at the Sajik Baseball Stadium ground in the upcoming 25 seasons."
Park Se-hyun's father Park Sung-hyuk, who was also nominated in the second round, said, `Today's Family Day event was a series of surprises from start to finish. Rookie players will join the rookie camp from November 26 to January 23, 2025 and train to improve basic physical strength and muscle strength. In addition, various educational programs will be implemented to cultivate basic posture and personality as professional athletes and strengthen teamwork.
