'Everyone's Marathon' Taean National Oulim Marathon begins on the 12th!

○…The 5th Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Bae Taean National Oullim Marathon in South Chungcheong Province will be held on the 12th at Kkotji Beach in Taean-gun, Chungcheongnam-do. A total of 5,000 people, including 1,000 disabled and 4,000 non-disabled people, will participate in the competition, which is hosted and organized by the Chungnam Sports Association for the Disabled and the Taean County Sports Association. People with disabilities and non-disabled people can participate in the half course, 10km course, and 5km course. ○…The Korean Sports Council for the Disabled is running a medical class for national athletes and out-of-town training teams who entered the Icheon National Training Center for the Disabled. The team's medical class, which is held two to four times a month, is designed to help doctors and physical therapists of the Korea Sports Council for the Disabled convey medical knowledge about disability types and sports injuries and to help athletes train healthily with appropriate treatment. On the 10th, Kim So-young, CEO of K-SPORT PHYSIO, will give a lecture on the range of motion of the joint according to the injury and how to use small tools necessary for rehabilitation.
